Le BlackBerry KeyOne est un téléphone mobile rapide, solide et offre pleins de fonctionnalités. Agréable au touché et équilibré dans la main, des mises à jour d'Android, un écran de bonne qualité et avant tout: l'autonomie de la batterie. Ce n'est plus le modèle actuel mais €280 je m'en passe des dernières modifications du BB KeyTwo.

El mejor teléfono que tengo máxima seguridad duración de batería excelente protección contra agua polvo etc. Sin duda repetiré con la marca, otra cosa más que la gente mira el teléfono con admiración sin duda el teléfono llama la atención, aunque reconozco que me preguntan por el precio y se les hace algo caro, por eso compran marcas generalistas. Yo seguiré confiando en BlackBerry, precisamente porque en mi círculo de amigos hay muy pocos teléfonos de esta marca, y no saben lo que se pierden. Muchas gracias por fabricar productos tan bien construidos y seguros a la vez que envidiados

Ich habe das Handy im April 2018 als "Gebrauchtware" erworben. Keinerlei Kratzer usw. Verpackung ohne Beschädigung und das Gerät funktionierte, bis Dezember 2018, gut. Soweit alles in Ordnung und somit 1 Stern!! Mitte Dezember löste sich das Display vom Gerät....., wie auch immer. Es lag kein Fallschaden vor! Das Gerät ist grundsätzlich in einer Ledertasche getragen worden und zusätzlich mit einer Bruchfolie versehen. Ich gehe davon aus, dass sich der !Klebstoff", mit dem das Display eingeklebt ist, gelöst hat......, warum auch immer. ( Siehe Bilder!) Nachdem ich den Händler 2x sehr freundlich kontaktiert habe, er kann ja auch nichts dafür, bekam ich nur die Aussage, dass das Gerät eine gebrauchter Gegenstand war und somit nur 6 Monate Garantie besteht. was auch stimmt. Ich hätte jedoch mehr Kulanz erwartet, denn ich habe sogar angeboten, das Gerät zur Begutachtung zum Händler zu senden und wenn gar nicht anders, sogar gleiches Gerät nochmal zu erwerben, wenn man mir preislich etwas entgegen kommt. Leider keine Reaktion! Auch Amazon lieferte keine Unterstützung, obwohl ich Widerspruch zwecks Garantieablehnung eingelegt habe. Für mich steht fest: Elektronik ist besser vor Ort zu erwerben, denn man hat Ansprechpartner und kann über kürzere Wege Probleme klären.
