evaCHILL Personal Portable Air Cooler 7.5W - Gray

EvaChill produces cool (not cold) air 30 to 60 centimeters in front of the device. My desk is located far from A/C and I get really hot. It does it’s job perfectly in cooling my small desk space area while at work and keeps me cool. I’m really happy with it.

Avoid this product as the description and title is misleading. It is like a cheap hand fans you find for 20dhs.

Got the delivery a day after i ordered. The design is minimalist, just the way i like it. Just the right size to fit working table, Coolness is adequate, you can feel the cool air even when you’re a meter a way. The quality is good for the price. Highly recommended

Overall, I highly recommend, especially for hot sleepers like myself. I also found out that adding colder water creates an even cooler breeze. Pros: 1. Good cooling solution with different fan power options for one person (which I needed as my roommate doesn't like colder rooms and I use it just to cool myself) 2. LED feature which makes it also a bedside lamp. (I kind of discovered this by mistake when I accidentally pressed the button for a few seconds.) 3. Looks neat and the size is rather small. Cons: 1. Not as quiet as I've hoped. The first two fan speeds are fine for sleeping though. This cooler, together with cooling bamboo blankets and sheets saved my life.

Easy, very convenient product especially if your office is not having a good weather conditions

I wasn’t sure of what to expect with this little cooler. It’s nothing like I’ve ever experienced. It’s not an air conditioner, much quieter, it’s not pushing out huge amounts of air, but you feel it’s breeze. It is a great bedside or sitting area companion. Adds just the right amount of cool to keep me comfortable all night long without drying me out like a fan. It’s been hot here and our air went out. Borrowed a portable air conditioner, but it was too loud for my bedroom and too much power for it as well. But without it in my room, I remained hot. Found this and it’s the answer. I gave it time to get to its cooling stage and it kept me comfy all night long. I actually slept!

Var väl vad jag förväntat mig. En fläkt helt enkelt. Möjligtvis något mer svalkande, svårt att säga, men det är inte värt jobbet att fylla på vatten. Har USB-B, vilket är mycket dåligt!

As a menopausal woman, I highly recommend this product. It’s basically a humidifier. I add refrigerated filtered water to the tank and set this bad boy up next to me. A huge relief for hot flashes or if the room you’re staying in is a little too warm for comfort. Does NOT significantly lower the temperature of the room itself. This is a product geared for an INDIVIDUAL’S comfort. Multiple levels of fan intensity to satisfy just being ‘a little toasty’ or ‘Don’t touch me if you want to live’ all the way to ‘OMG, I could melt the polar ice cap’ (my menopausal friends out there can relate). Tank intake is under the handle on the left side if the vent is facing you. Took me a bit to figure out since the instructions were not clear. Product comes with a loose spout that can be installed in the evapolar water intake port to assist with filling the tank. It is stored on top of the filter in a separate compartment from the water intake port. I add water from a standard water bottle that I refill from a filtered water tank in the refrigerator. Easy to pour from bottle directly into the product’s water tank without having to dig out the separate spout.

The description of this item was misleading as it gives the impression that it can be charged up and used, without an electrical supply, for a a short period of time. This is not, in fact, the case as it has to be plugged in when in use. I needed it for areas where there were no power points available, sonI was disappointed in this product.

Consegna da parte di Amazon in meno di 24 ore, come sempre perfetti e puntuali. Già conosco i prodotti evapolar, avendo acquistato un EvaLight 5/6 anni fa ancora funzionante. Purtroppo le cartucce di ricambio per quel modello sono introvabili e quelle poche che si trovano sono vendute a prezzi esorbitanti. Così ho deciso di acquistare evaChill, meno accessoriato e più economico del modello che ho ma altrettanto efficiente. Per ora, con una umidità ambientale del 40%, il getto d'aria mandato ha una temperatura sensibilmente più bassa di quella circostante e crea una piacevolissima bolla di fresco intorno a me. Questi dispositivi danno il meglio di se quando l'umidità è più bassa, arrivano ad abbattere la temperatura dell'aria che passa attraverso il filtro anche di 8-9 gradi. Invece, quando si supera il 60% di umidità ambientale rinfrescano meno l'aria emessa dalla ventola, di circa 3-4 gradi al massimo. Sono pienamente soddisfatto del nuovo acquisto e anche se ci sono meno funzioni rispetto al precedente modello non incidono sulla efficienza del prodotto. Ne consiglio l'acquisto per chi non sopporta gli ambienti con aria condizionata ma vuole un prodotto che orientato verso di se mandi un getto di aria fresca. Il rumore della ventola è leggero anche a massima velocità, quindi va bene anche la notte. Con un power bank si può posizionare e portare dove si vuole, oppure con una presa con entrata USB si può direttamente collegare alla rete elettrica. Sconsiglio l'acquisto a chi vive in ambienti molto umidi, in quel caso la resa del prodotto ne risente parecchio.
