DERMA E Microdermabrasion Scrub with Dead Sea Salt & Citrus Essential Oils – Facial Exfoliating Scrub Smooths, Revitalizes and Renews – Ideal for Scars and Wrinkles, 2oz

I am 79 years old and really don't have a lot of wrinkles, but have recently noticed the pores on my face looked enlarged even though I wash my face twice a day with a moisturizing facial cleaner. I decided to try this facial scrub because of the many positive reviews, and I am so glad that I did. After washing my face with my usual cleaner, I apply this facial scrub and massage it onto my face in a circular motion for at least 1 minute as suggested in the instructions. Then I rinse my face and pat dry. I have been doing this twice a week, and have noticed a difference after the first couple of times I used it. My face looks smoother, healthier, and the enlarged pores are going away. I also like the subtle smell of this cleanser. It actually feels relaxing. This facial scrub has become a permanent product in the care of my facial skin and I would highly recommend it. I hope this review was helpful for you.

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this scrub! I am a 36 year old female and I am prone to acne breakouts including monthly cystic acne from hormone fluctuations as well as black heads and whiteheads due to clogged pores. Over the years I have used everything imaginable to lessen my acne breakouts and improve the tone and texture of my skin. Recently I even jumped on the Konjac sponge wagon and it did absolutely nothing to improve the texture or tone of my skin. The only thing that has worked thus far is this amazing dead sea salt scrub. This scrub has vastly improved the texture and tone of my skin. I usually wash my skin every morning in the shower, then after moisturizing I apply my makeup. But my skin tends to look flaky and dry after applying my foundation. Since using this scrub every morning in the shower, my makeup goes on smooth and my face has an incredible glow and looks so healthy. No more flaky, dry skin. It is recommended to use this scrub 2-3 times per week but because my skin has a tendency to be oily I use this scrub each morning daily and I have had no negative reactions or drying out of the skin as a result. A little goes a long way. With daily use for approximately 2 months, I not quite half way through the jar. I project this one 2 oz. jar will last me approximately 5 months. That is an amazing price considering how much a salon microdermabrasion treatment costs! In summary, if you are prone to breakouts and you want improved texture and tone to your skin… buy this scrub!

I first became acquainted with Derma E products a few years ago, during Covid and my "beauty influencer era" on Instagram lol. Derma E was very popular with many content creators and I am intrigued by their gentle and effective formulas and cruelty free, vegan promises. I have oily combination skin, and many of their products work well for me, including this one. When I'm using it regularly (1-2x/week), in conjunction with an effective skincare routine, I notice the microdermabrasion properties of this scrub work to make my daily skincare routine more effective, buy buffing away impurities and dead skin cells, improving my skins overall texture, and detoxing my pores with the kaolin clay. I much prefer the dead sea salt that is used in this scrub to exfoliate, instead of walnut shells and other, potentially harsh exfoliates. The dead sea salt has a texture very similar to diamond dust, and they overall consistency of the scrub is a creamy, fine milled, somewhat gritty scrub. While you massage the product on clean, wet skin, the dead sea salt seemingly melts as it exfoliates, and the citrus oil blend along with sweet almond, grape seed and jojoba seed oils leave nourishing properties behind to help sooth your skin. The result is exfoliated skin that is glowy, without feeling dry. I purchase a jar once every 2-3 months, and I often give these as gifts to the women in my family. This products is marketed towards people with uneven texture, dull complexions, and wrinkles. It has a light, spa like scent, and is essentially a spa-grade product you can use from home. If you're looking for an exfoliate to add to your skin care routine, I would recommend you give this one a try. It works well with many different skin types, and is quite affordable when you can catch it on sale, or buy it on subscription, like I do, for under $20/jar.

I never really leave reviews, but I just had to! I discovered this product on a skin care video on YouTube. After one use my skin wasn’t dull anymore, it glowed and when I say glowed I mean GLOWED. It removed all dead skin cells sat on my skin. I use it now twice a week and can’t believe how healthy my skin looks. I have sensitive skin and this doesn’t irritate it at all. Best skin buy you’ll ever buy. I only ever use high end but this is far better! Love it! X
