Not sure. I have a 2018 F-350 with 8 ft. bed and a cap that's flush with the truck cab roof. DAK fits this perfectly. Also, the flip up back window of the truck bed cap is what holds tension on the DAK to keep it expanded open and in place. So it may work since this is an automatic adjustment feature.
