I love automatic hand peelers. I have tried out a couple of the blade options and work great. I got the battery one because I can swap those out in a jiffy, if I have not peeled anything in a long time. I certainly would not want to wait on a usb charge. :)

The potato peeling attachment is great. We grow a lot of potatoes so we eat a lot of them. You can peel on the up stroke and also on the down stroke which really helps speed up the preparation of potato dishes. I give it 4 instead of 5 because if you have deep eyes in the potatoes or gouges it is a little difficult to peel those areas.

This is amazing. I like home made butternut squash. Which, as you may know, has a very thick and tough skin. You can try cooking them before peeling, but that usually results in a lot of lost squash. The approach that works for me is to cook in the microwave for 3 - 4 minutes only and then use this great device to peel. It is still hard, you get rid of only the skin, and it is not too hot to handle. This gets rid of all the thick skin. Then cut in half, remove the seeds, and cook for an hour. Best butternut squash I have ever had.

Initial review : Awesome - An electric peeler that actually works and saves from aggravating any hand pain. Works well on potatoes, carrots, parsnips, apples, firm pears and probably other foods I have not tried yet. Very fast! USB charge is so convenient and lasts for a long time. Updating review- just days after the return window and my above good review this peeler stopped working🙃. Not charged even when green light on. Sadly now a waste of money ......

I bought it to see if it can peel the pumpkin which is very difficult to peel with the knife. AT first I tested it with the cucimber and it worked great then I tries it on the lime... no go!! It just skipped along. So I did NOT expect it to do well on the pumpkin. Real test time, at first it seemed to have trouble peeling the hard surface but later I figured out the way to do it fine. I had to peel it by placing the pumpkin on the table and move the blade parallel to the table rather than up and down. On the second pumpkin, I could peel a very long skin off by moving the blade and turning the pumpkin in the opposit direction. It also wokrs well with carrot and zucchini but not with the tomato. My sister can NOT peel the pumpkin though because she didn't have the touch and angle required for the job. So I just have to do this for her.

I have hand issues, the older I get the worse it has been getting. Last month I broke my right hand. I wouldn’t have surgery so I will have problems forever. I love fruit and vegetables and I was already having problems trying to peel anything; but now I have just received my new present to myself. We charged it today before we used it. It had a charge but it really had a good charge when we decided to try it out a few hours later. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. I am going to buy more of these things for future presents to my friends, young and old. I am so thrilled. I even peeled an avocado, they are always a little tricky, even the really rip ones. This peeled so fast and I then just sat and ate the whole thing by myself. What a great treat. What an fun idea. So far I couldn’t be happier. September 18, 2022, I am so happy with my peeler that I had to get back on and add to my last review. I ended up purchasing two peelers. Mostly because I was worried that something would happen the first one or they would quit selling them or who knows what. This Is the best little kitchen gadget that I have ever had. My poor hands have been broken a few times, I have arthritis and I am severely under weight. I have no strength. There is no way I could ever peel anything. You literally can just hold the peeler and move the veggies and it is peeled so fast you will not believe it. I don’t remember the last time it was charged. It’s just like a little miracle. Whomever invented this I would really like to see if you have invented anything else. I can’t tell you how much I really appreciate this little peeler. Okay, I sound a little pathetic. Take it from someone who suffers from bad Chronic pain that still wants to enjoy fresh. Veggies and fruit. By the way, I want to give it a bunch more stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I haven't used it on food yet, but everything works so far. The company could put forth a better presentation than delivering their peeler in a Ziploc Bag. I have never received a product in a plastic bag.

Cannot actually picture my life without this now. I don't know how I peeled any vegetables without this and I will never go back to a life where I don't have this in it.

This electric peeler is amazing. I used it as soon as I received it and couldn't believe how fast and nice it peeled my potatoes. It comes with three different blades and super easy to install. Charge it up and away you go. I wish I knew about this a long time ago. My hands really hurt to peel things anymore since I have psoriac arthritis. What a pleasure it is now.

If I could give these a 10, I would. I wanted them for doing pickles over the week-end. Peeled 20 cukes in a matter of minutes. They work perfectly and made my life so much easier. Again, AWESOME product and would highly recommend.

I believe it's a little too dangerous to use when you have arthritis in your hands. I'm sorry to say.
