Best Size for pie weights
They are big and much better and heavier than using beans. I've made many pies in my life and can’t believe it took me this long to know that this item existed. Now I have no more “ pie crust anxiety.”

Be careful when they first come out of the oven, they are hot and stay that way for about 5 minutes. But they are good.
