It looked good and the quality is good and before molding I read some reviews and videos and was told not to bite too hard otherwise all the gel comes off and I bit as light as I could while sucking yet the gel still came off and it would not stick to my teeth well after the full process. Pls be more careful and bite down really light they should definitely make it more clear in the instructions.

The adult size looks too small but is the correct size !
The short version:Don’t be deceived by its small appearance! The Venum Challenger Mouthguard marked adult/11+ IS THE CORRECT SIZE!The longer version:Initially I also thought I got the wrong size, and started a return ticket.After googling it I found a very helpful comment on the .com Amazon site. You can find the whole review here (scroll down to Tiffany): https://www.amazon.com/Venum-Challenger-Mouthguard/product-reviews/B075TDCS2DTo really be sure I also asked the manufacturer. This is what Venum US wrote to me:“We only have 2 sizes for the mouthguards. The one you got is for adults. The other size is for kids which is for 10 and below. And yes, our mouthguards are small compared to the usual size. They are built that way, designed to be more breathable.”Using the instructions that came with the Venum mouthguard, and the tips from Tiffany’s post (to not bite too firmly), it fits perfectly.Conclusion:Despite the size looks completely off on first appearance, as long as the box says “Adult” and/or “11+” the mouthguard IS THE CORRECT SIZE - I.e. suitable for Adults and children near or in their teens. The Venum Challenger IS DESIGNED TO BE SMALLER than standard mouthguards to FACILITATE BREATHING, in addition to its shock absorbing functionality.More oxygen - better performance.

One of the most recommended mouthguards, and its easy to see why. Extremely easy to mold and is comfortable in the mouth, while providing solid protection. For the price and quality, its a steal.
