Great product, I've been using for years on my multiple dogs and they've never had fleas. I specifically but this brand though because it also protects from mosquitos, which we have some issues with during the summer months. I've seen, after application, mosquitos try to land my dogs, but fly right off, so it def helps repel them. I usually put it on my dogs in the evening so that the product has a chance to dry and I not accidentally pet them and get the stuff on my hands. Would be nice if it was a cheaper price, but it does what it says, so I'll keep buying. My dogs have never had a adverse reaction, so that's a plus also.

This flea med did not help my toy Chihuahua. Guess I need to get something a bit stronger. She throws up when I put it on her.

This is the best flea treatment so far for my 5lb chihuahua. Just like humans every dog is different so it’s important to find what works best for your pet. My dog has epilepsy and a heart condition and has no irritation with this medication and it works immensely better than frontline. I think the fleas in my area are immune to frontline so that could be why it doesn’t work. Same for my sisters cats, frontline doesn’t work either. Advantage works the best for getting rid of fleas. I was told to use a different medication each month so last month I used frontline and my poor baby was bitten up. She might have had about 5 fleas on her but it still makes a difference and about 30 minutes after I put on advantage she’s feeling better. That month was horrible for baby. I’m glad we’re sticking to advantage now. But remember every dog is different and fleas in your area might also have immunity to certain formulas as well so it might take time to find the right flea prevention for you.
