Are the Antennas Replaceable?

Yes, they are. They're available in lengths of 150mm, 250mm, 400mm, and 600mm. They attach to the board with a tiny version of the standard button-snap you can find on shirts, casual pants, etc. They secure them to the board with a small dab of glue to keep them from coming off in a hard impact. You want the 15cm (150mm) antennas for the XM+. Be aware that they used 2 different sizes of button snaps. Will this work with an f3 board?

Yes, it is. but the F3 board needs to support sbus.
