Works well. But the smell is not strong enough.

I bought it as it says “sensitive” plant based. It smells good; however, it’s itching me once I touch the clothes that I used the softener on.

Eerste keer dat ik dit merk probeer, maar het zal dan ook de laatste keer zijn. Deze producten bieden geen meerwaarde aan uw was, ze zijn niet per se zachter en geven zelfs niet eens een geur af aan uw was. Waardeloos

We began using this Product as soon as it arrived in mid March 2022. We bought it because we support cruelty-free products. The results were good in all aspects, but things started to change in early June 2022. First, we noticed a lot of bubbles inside the Apple Blossom & Almond bottle even though the bottle was in resting state; days later, we noticed the softener started to thicken, slight color-change and eventually broke down and appeared "muddy" (see photos.) To remedy this issue, we added vinegar into the dispenser compartment to dilute it. Even so, the softener compartment clogged repeatedly. Too troublesome to continue with the process and, our final decision was to discard it. FYI, the date of manufacture was 03 Feb 2021. The other bottle we bought at the same time Gardenia & Vanilla was doing well without such problems. Well, we will continue to support other products of ECOVER but, will definitely avoid buying any of its softeners when there is "irresistible discount" during promotional period. We simply refuse to pay and to help the distributor to clear their stocks without even being informed of the Products' balance shelf-live. Lessons learned.
