Read Write Inc. Phonics: My Sets 2 and 3 Speed Sounds Book (Pack of 5)

I love the Read Write Inc sheets and my little one enjoys doing phonics with them so I got this 5 pack of small books as a continuation of our phonics learning etc. They’re straightforward and in theory should be able to use so my 2 stars is because I just don’t understand how it’s possible to mess up the printing!!! The letters for one sound are on one side of the page and the accompanying picture, words & rhyme are on the back side - NOT the adjacent side so when sitting down with my little one - who is getting mixed up because “whirl and twirl” does not = “ou” sound. Ridiculously simple fix and seemingly inconceivable that it wasn’t done - especially given that the sheets contain all the info on the same page. Bizarre.

A bit disappointed as I thought that it was five different books. Should have looked closer. If you want a book to use as a checklist of phonemes and graphemes that your child knows, then they are ideal, but if you want something bigger, don’t buy these.

Book of black and white copies of the set 2 and 3 sounds. Great for popping in handbag. as really little A6 size, and getting out when necessary. I let my children colour the pictures to personalise it more.

Excellent book and great for spelling tests. It’s a pocket sized booklet in a pack of ?? with the same booklet repeated. Ruth Miskin Set 2 & set 3 sounds
