It's my second leather diary from ALCRAFT. I found difficulty in writing on the left hand side of the diary I bought last time because of the C-type metal closure. So this time I gave a shot to the snap style closure to get a quick access to the diary. The snap style closure features an elegant secure tie-closure that adds an extra special touch to the journal. 📙 Paper quality: The paper quality is super-duper rich. The paper is handmade and yellowish in colour which gives an witch craft and vintage feel. The thickness of paper is good enough to avoid ghosting and bleeding. The GSM of paper has not been mentioned but it can retain the water colours, acrylic colours, sketch pens, oil pastels, fountain pens etc. without swelling the paper. ❤Cons 📙Natural leather smell is there which will vanish after sometime. 📙Size is small for painting and sketching conveniently but best for making schedules, to-do list, calligraphy, doodling, mini sketching etc. 📙Some people find it expensive but it is made up of pure leather so there is no scope of complaints in this area. 📙Appearance of fungus on outer cover can be seen during rainy season but this is the sign of pure leather and there is nothing to worry just wipe it with clean cloth. ❤ Caution The outer cover is smooth so protect it from sharp objects. ❤ Conclusion If you want to try something new then leather journal can be a great choice, because it provides a sense of luxury and permanence that other journals sought not. I was looking for this journal for a long time. I have always wanted to have a vintage looking journal. This is amazing and quality of sheets is outstanding. Thick and amazing color. Definitely worth the price.

Good for junk journaling. Very vintage style, ancient treasure. The colour of the pages is coffee stain and it is comforting for eyes while junk journaling. Strong stitches. Book cover is good but I would have loved the stained type as shown in the advertisement. The one I received is dark brown neat finish cover, I would have preferred a bit mote vintage style. Good papers and can be used for painting as well.

It's not so big and not so small but if you like small stuff you'll like it and if it's not the size you want then search about size of it so you won't be disappointed, overall it's good for its price and quality.. But like I said search about sizes so you won't have any problems..
