Super value!
I've owned five (yes, 5!!) other types of low volume cymbals: Zildjian L80's, Gen16's (the original & the BB), Sabian, and Agean. For the price, this set of Arborea are fabulous! Great sound quality and well made. Word of caution: these are thin; they're the thinnest LV cymbals I've played. If you're a heavy hitter, I'd say 'beware'. I'm not heavy-handed - I used these on a low volume acoustic gig in a listening room and they're perfect.

Great for the price, but chews up sticks quick
Very good for the price and worth it. Definitely low volume. Only downside is you’ll chew up sticks quick.

Quiet Enough
These sound quieter than traditional cymbals without the need for additional mutes. Sabian, Zildjan, etc. make similar ones but they don't necessarily sound better (shouldn't be buying these for sound quality) and cost a lot more.I think the hi-hat sounds ok, the 20" ride is a bit tinny given the material. Have not used the two crash cymbals yet. Stainless steel so they should hold up well. You do get a good variety for ~$60 I paid and starting out new, I would rather not drop hundreds on cymbals since they vary so much in quality and sound. The manufacturer offers a higher quality version (perforations seem to be different) but I don't know, I think the intent should be to use to practice and technique, buy better ones for tone over time. Because at the end of the day, when you put a bunch of tiny holes in an otherwise solid disc, they'll all sound worse.

Best value in cymbals period.
I have been playing drums for almost 25 years. 20 of those years I have owned and played mainly high end zildjian and paiste cymbals. I set up my drums after moving and needed a quiet way to practice whenever I want so I got these because I have played the zildjian l80s in person and wasn’t impressed for how much they cost. For what these cost, they are an incredible value. The hats are acceptable, and could double for individual small crashes if you got another set. The ride and the crashes both sound fantastic. The ride has good definition, but also has a good amount of wash to it if driven hard. The crashes have great dimension and shimmer and sound like alloy cymbals it’s crazy. They probably are a little louder than the big name low volume cymbals. But to have a complete set of cymbals for less than the cost of one of the name brand? It’s a no brainer. It’s for practice anyway and these are definitely quiet enough. You can bang on them without hearing protection no problem.I got the regular silver pack. They look great and sound great. Even if these weren’t meant for practice they sound great and could be used for recording or for triggered kits. Highly recommend.

Undoubtedly 5-star product
I’ve been drumming for 4 years and got an acoustic set a couple months ago. I swapped out the old really loud cymbals with these and they are, without a doubt, a five star product. The only thing is that the hi-hats sounds a bit different than I was expecting, but that’s not a problem. They’re still fantastic and the cymbal bag is a big help!

Low volume cymbals
Not only are these cymbals 25-30% quieter but they sound really nice on a kit!

Exactly what I was looking for
I set up an acoustic drum set for my son in the basement, and was way too loud for my wife. The sounds reverberated through the whole house. I was desperate to to damper not only the toms, kick and snare but the also the cymbals were killing us. I got a set of Eastrock Drum mute pads that included cymbal mutes. They were great for the toms and even the kick but the snare and cymbal dampeners left much to be desired. They were clanky and totally took the dynamics out of the cymbals. I saw these and was very skeptical for the price. I figured they would sound terrible and damage quickly. To my surprise they sounded great! I prefer them to our Zildjian ZBT set we have. Nice sizzle and dynamics at half the noise level. We also paired them with a set of Adoro Silent Sticks and we are very pleased. As far as the snare goes, my son just covers with a t shirt and it really helps the volume with sacrificing the feel. Still working on this and will update if I find a good solution. I'm hoping these cymbals will last! I paid about $136 for all three (pad, cymbals and silent sticks) and was money well spent. Get these cymbals, you won't be disappointed!

Promedio
Sirven para el apuro, pero no estan bien hechos, como que estan doblados, los hihats no cierran hermeticamente y los demas platillos no son planos tampoco tienen curvas, desconozco si eso afecta en algo
