I haven't read anything about the reduction in pore size. Anyone? Thanks.

The short answer is yes and no. Let me explain; enlarged pores can be reduced to their normal size which varies by person (for me, my pores disappear to the naked eye. My boyfriend has larger pores therefore they are still somewhat visible but not large crater like). When your pores are filled will dirt, makeup, etc they become enlarged. A quality pore reducer will remove those impurities from your pores, shrinking them to their normal size. Consistent use is key, so is cleansing and moisturizing daily.

Is this product cruelty-free? e.g. Do they not do animal testing, and not use animal products in it?

At what point in my skin care regimen should I apply the toner if I have the regular strength acne kit?

The Paula’s Choice skin care order is Cleanser, TONER, exfoliant, treatment, and lastly, moisturizer. So I recommend the toner after you cleanse.

Can this be used with a vitamin c serum?

I don't see why not. I wear vitamin c during day and retin a night. I use this toner right after washing my face. AM & PM. Its awesome and does what it says, and gentle. Hope this helps!
