Weak covers!
Very annoyed. Not only was all the screws out of the place but the very first time I have washed the cover of the chair the zip part has fallen apart (even though I followed the washing guidance) so basically need new covers already. What a waste of money

Should have listened to other reviews
Extremely poor quality. As others have mentioned the pilot holes do not align meaning you have to create new ones. I contacted Ickle Bubba direct, who advised there should be no pilot holes at all. I further questioned this as had I been sent a now damaged previous customer return? There response; some pilot holes are drilled but not all 🥴. Extremely disappointed given the cost and supposedly reputable brand name. Will not purchase anything from them in the future.

Poor build quality
Poor build quality. Holes don't line up with screws/bolts and in some places no holes at all. Crack in foot stool. Not what I expected for £240. It's pretty comfy but material feels cheap.Awaiting response from seller on whether this is standard or I've received a faulty, sub-standard item.

Manufacturing fault
The nails under the chair goes the wrong way, the side cushion sticker is incorrect (it doesn't stick). The footstool cushion is not strong, when I put my legs on it fell. Overall quality is not good enough for the price.

AVOID Ickle Bubba products!
The media could not be loaded. No pilot holes matched up, had to use our own screws and bits as screws 'M' were too short to connect the front support bar to the chair base. Had to self drill as pilot holes were missing. We had to drill into he wood for the chair and the stool. Both items are cheaply manufactured, NOT secure enough to sit in whilst pregnant as the wood cracked under my weight even though I'm not that big, this also happened to my husband, the chair creaked and cracked when he wasn't even moving. Very cheap parts, which for nearly £300 feels like a scam - especially when there's now no way to get hold of what I thought was a reputable company.Support bars were incorrectly manufactured and drilled, didn't match up at all so the parts stick out and aren't flush with the design. Please see pics.

Holes don’t line up or don’t exist at all when screwing seat base to rocker legs.
Was bought this as a gift and was so excited to get it built for my little girls nursery. However I have faced the same issue as another reviewer on here, the base of the seat doesn’t have holes that line up with where you have to screw it to the rocking legs, so you have to boar new holes or have a huge gap between seat and legs. Not what you expect for the money paid. Disappointed that my mum spent her hard earned cash on a sub par quality item :/
