CREATESPACE micro:bit in Wonderland: Coding & Craft with the BBC microbit

The activities in the book are all very exciting. However the coding activities in the book are designed to be used with paper templates which are online, but password protected. After requesting access several times over a month, and without hearing back, I am stuck and not able to do the activities. This is a major drawback of the book
