Lid is not closing tidely
Most probably the unit us defective for that reason I have returned it. It says tide lid closure but one side of the was always half cm above.

I baught this 7qt DO thinking I may use it for when I am making a turkey or duck. But instead I am using it for my sourdough bread baking. It is a perfect size for a big loaf.
