How often does the water have to be changed?

It's recommended to change your water every other feeding which is about once a month. This prevents nutrients from building up in the water reservoir.

Are pods available for herbs other than those included? And how often must they be replaced?

they have grow anything pods that you add the seeds. Only been growing since December

Herbs usually have a lifespan of 4-6 months. Just make sure to never take more than 1/3 of the plant at a time so the plant can continue to grow and produce!
