I truly believe that 6mg of this at night (with last meal) with 20mg of Zinc and resistance training has increased my testosterone levels. I am 67 and my last set of labs (morning fasted) showed 753 ng/dl.

This is literally the best item i have taken for pain in my feet in the morning. i would wake up with both my feet hurting, an it would take a good 1-2hrs to go away. i would have to walk down the steps sideways. i have tried multiple items for inflammation, but some would work slightly, but i was still able to feel pain. i started this item and within a week i was jumping down the steps like spiderman. 2 weeks later i even forgot my feet use to hurt in the morning. i had a back spasm from a car accident a few years ago that would hurt if i stand too long and even that is gone. i will be taking this M-F and taking weekends off if anyone feels any swollen, inflamed, please get this ITS LIKE MAGIC IN A BOTTLE, JUST WAIT FOR IT TO WORK

I’ve been using this boron supplement for a couple of days now, so this is just my initial impression. The serving size is listed as 3g, so depending on your goals, you might want to take 2 pills to get closer to the recommended dosage. So far, it’s been easy to incorporate into my routine with no issues—no weird aftertaste or side effects, easy to swallow pills. It’s still early, so I haven’t noticed any major changes yet, but everything seems solid so far. I’ll come back and update this review after a couple of weeks of consistent use to give a better idea of the results.

I don't use this product personally. I purchase it for my husband who takes it on the advise of his primary. He's happy enough with the product and I've ordered it several times on his behalf. I would say it performs as expected and I trust this brand.
