It should be cold when we add ice but the only thing working is the fan

Product Review
I used it for about a month without water due to summer/humidity. As soon as autumn/winter season started, on the first day I put about 10 litres of water and ran the air cooler. Within minutes the water started leaking from all areas of the bottom and both my floor and sofa were drenched. This is a real troublemaker machine.
