I had been looking everywhere for a dining room light that wasn't too formal or trendy and this one was perfect. Not to mention the price was good. The light arrived on the day I expected it to, however I was disappointed to see that I had to assemble it. (I don't remember that being mentioned)Assembly was challenging as the nuts that have to be tightened are difficult to reach. I'm a woman with small fingers. I can't imagine a man getting his fingers down in there!The metal is sturdy, but not too heavy and the finish is lovely. However, once the light was assembled and hung, it very obviously is poorly constructed. The 5 arms all seem to lean different ways or look bent, which makes the light appear as if it's hanging crooked. The lightbulb receptacles are all also leaning different directions, and due to the sturdiness of the metal,they can't be manipulated.There was also a metal plate missing that was necessary for installation. Fortunately my electrician had one in his toolbox. And the fixture that covers the light box in the ceiling is a bit too small so the box show a bit.If it wasn't for the fact that the light would have to be taken down (leaving me with no lighting), disassembled, and repacked, I would return it. I'm that disappointed. But I guess I'll just live with it and hope that it's not that noticeable.

Love the smoking crystalsThe black polish metal is cheap. One of the scrolls were bent so my husband went to move it to look more even and it broke off in his hand. Needless to say we gorilla glued it back...lol and no one can tell.

Looks nice, but I received it with one candle cup bent. The electrician had to bend it carefully back in place so as not to break it off. The escutcheon plate did not cover the ceiling electrical box so he had to change it for the existing old one. I had to paint it to match before he could hang it. A bit of a headache to finally hang it but I like it now.

loved the looked of this light..... but we had to put the whole thing together with out instructions!!! Never got an email back with instructions.....

This is my second chandelier purchase! First in silver for my bedroom and I I love that one so much I ordered the black for my dining room! These are absolutely gorgeous and the perfect size/addition to any room. I give them five stars just one thing to note you have to put the larger crystals on by yourself which only takes a couple minutes and completely worth it especially at this price. The quality is absolutely amazing and so is the ambience it creates ! Best purchase in a long time Thankyou! The picture honestly doesn't do it justice it's even more gorgeous in person .

I bought the black, 5-light chandelier and am very pleased with it. My husband hung it without a problem and I love the way it looks in the living room. I was a bit hesitant because it was so inexpensive but am very glad I took the risk.

We like this a lot. Searched for a most favorite chandelier, this is the one we liked the best. Perfect size for our dine in kitchen. We will order again.
