Been using for past 15 days. Taste is fantastic. Now with regards to protien, pretty much similar to other expensive ones.

If consumed with milk twice a day will give you results. Always check the authenticity of the product. You should return it if it does not have proof of authenticity.

Incorrect Information
On the jar label it says the weight is 3.1Kg, but when I received the order I received another one with only 2.7Kg, another thing the jar is almost empty.

This product is great value for money, great taste and easy to mix it also gives me a boost of energy when working out.

I’ve only used the product sparingly, twice a day but not everyday and only 3 spoons instead of 4 or 5 (what it says on the tub) but I did see results starting after the second week. I was very skinny and only wanted to gain a bit of weight, didn’t really matter what type more (fat or muscle). You do have to shake it very well otherwise you’ll get some lumps. Overall, I am happy with the product I got for the money I paid.
