I bought this almost a year ago and never thought to review this but I hope it helps! I finally started taking this consistently for about a month, one teaspoon in the morning and one teaspoon at night. I just dump it in my mouth and take a swig of water to wash it down. When I was taking it inconsistently, I added a teaspoon to a jug of water and sipped it through the day which was actually less convenient/quick for me. It tastes really good, like plain sugar, and the bag is huge enough and cheaper than all other alternatives to last quite some time. I store it in a sealed bag because its own seal stops working after awhile because powder gets into it. Since beginning this, I sleep like a baby! In fact, for the first couple weeks it made me a little too sleepy in the morning so I cut that dose until my tolerance built up. I’ve had hirsuitism my whole life and I just noticed that my chest hair growth has completely slowed! I would get stubble the next day almost, now it looks like hair doesn’t even grow there! Same for my chin, although I have neck hair that is still there. I’m using this to try to conceive also. I started using this during my period so I haven’t finished a full cycle yet. But I ovulated on time, with ovulation pains and good cervical mucus that I havent seen in a while so I have hope! I usually O every month, but I have only just been diagnosed with PCOS as of last month. In the cycles I have used this product my temperatures are better, O is later rather than earlier, and I have a theory that I did infact conceive the 2 months I used it before (April, July, possibly August/Sept) but because I had uterine polyps at the time my immune system got inflamed and implantation failed. Sorry, TMI I know, but I really think this product is great!

works great for bowel issues. gentle on the gut no cramps but be ready when it does. takes about 8 hours after taken. flavorless can place scoop in coffee about 15cc in regular medicine cup tasteless.

Plenty good, I take this for mental health and overall wellbeing, and as a sugar substitute. BUT! The bag it comes in is terrible, it has a very narrow, single lock zipper that looks like it'd have a very weak hold after a few weeks of use, and if that wasn't bad enough the zipper is attached with even less force. It ripped off one side the first time I opened it. The amount in this bag seems larger than a quart, so be prepared to put it in a larger container. Because of this, I would prefer if they just ditched the zipper and provided a simple non-resealable bag.
