Great for artists
Excellent product in terms of quality, the way the tip glides smoothly over all kinds of paper, I totally adore these. I do however feel that it is slightly lighter shade of black than Micron or Brustro technical pens.

NICE ==== There are several of this type of pen. One of the leaders in this type is the Sakura Pens Pigma Micron All Black 8 Nibs Set and I tend to compare other pens by this standard. FAN ==== I like a pen to draw with or write with. I am a real fan of this style of art pen as I find them easy to draw with. SHARP ======= Not many pens can provide a clean and sharp line as these type of drawing pens can. I used this and compared the Micron. I must admit that they are very similar in many aspects. The size, weight, and feel are very similar. I do think the Staedtler's tip is slightly softer feeling than the Sakura. Not an issue for me but may be if you're heavy handed. CASE ===== The packaging is a rather attractive and useful case. FEEL ==== In the hand these are a better fit than the competition. OVERALL ======== Good for writing, sketching and drawing. Solid, long metal tip Good for using with a ruler or a template. Pigment ink is indelible and waterproof. No bleeding when highlighted. I have bought more as they're currently my favourite drawing pen.
