true and very good product indeed
At first youll going to think its not working after installing the software and plugging it in....but just a few touches at the gateway of your router the 5g will automatically appear on the wifi signal and its gonna connect you to your 5g internet service.all in all its a good product and truely described the capability in the item description..buying this is a win for me.

Works like a charm. Just plug and play. 5 Ghz band of my home wifi router was not appearing, but via extender I was getting the 5GHz band. A quick troubleshooting led me to change 5ghz band Wifi Channel to 40 and boom it started working

Tiny Adapter. Mighty connectivity.
Aside from the need to download the driver for it to work on older computers, this tiny dongle is great! Great way to add wireless connectivity to an otherwise old laptop or desktop when cable connection is not an option.

I had to change the router settings WIFI channel to 36 from auto to get connected to 5GHZ network. However it is working as expected and good.

Not detecting 5GHz
Not detecting 5GHz. Only showing 2.4GHz. Tried all the possible fixes but didn’t work. Returning.
