My forearm is 9 inches. will i be able to tightened it enough to relieve pain? if not, will i receive a full refund?

Yes, we have added another strap so it will for sure fit! It comes with a total of three straps in the package, making it fit any forearm from 9"-23" (22-59cm). If the closures are running into one another - put one of the velcros on the strap like usual and then put the other velcro on top of the first one and you'll be good to go! If it for some reason would not be a good fit, just send it back and you'll receive a full refund!
