Anyone come across independent test results that compare the removal properties of pitcher filters from various companies like Brita, Pur, Zero Water, etc?

I've used this pitcher daily for the last 6 months. I have not had my water tested in a lab but have used a couple of different water testers. It has never removed 100% of impurities in the water, both testers read about 12 at best. The water w/o the filter runs around 250 so pretty good. I'm overall pleased with the taste and would buy again. It's time for a new filter (don't go by age, use the meter to check).

The TDS meter is designed to detect inorganic compounds. Fluoride levels in water are usually around 2 to 4 ppm, which will show up on the meter as 002 to 004. Does it come with a filter and What is the item number of the filter please.

This container comes with one filter. I do not know the number to the filter, however I tried to reorder from their website and had the same question. So I called customer support and they told me that one size fits all. I then went to bed baths and beyond website and purchased 4 filters for about $53. Shipping and handling included.

does it come with the meter

Yes it comes with meter. After three years I had to change the 2 batteries. No problem as I found replacements wherever batteries are found like CVS, Hime Depot or Lowe’s. Love zero water. It is the best. Taste great.
