I didn't read through the product page properly, or misunderstood something. Third day taking this and had more diarrhea than before, because I thought this would give me "formed stools" (ie make it solid again), as the directions talk about. I didn't realize this is for loosening stools. Be aware that the label says "This product does not contribute significantly to your daily fiber requirement". If you need fiber, look elsewhere. My mistake aside, it does seem to work for loosening stools. No pain or anything, and I noticed its effects within a day or so.
