Maybe something is missing
I could clearly see that it doesn't pull dents because it can't stick to the car body! They don't even come with suction cups. I only bought it to use the slide hammer for another purpose.

Plastic is very Brittle.
All the plastics is very brittle and breaks very easily while pulling.
