I really like this brand because the patches feel more natural compared to other cramp relief options I’ve tried. The scent reminds me a little of eucalyptus or herbal oils. If I had to compare the feeling, it’s kind of like a gentle version of VapoRub but instead of being cold, it gives more of a warming sensation, which helps soothe cramps. I especially love these for convenience. Sometimes I don’t have time to plug in a heating pad or sit with a heated blanket, especially when I’m busy or leaving the house. These patches are easy to apply & let you stay comfortable while still going about your day. What I like: • Portable & easy to use on the go • Gentle warming feeling that helps with cramps • Herbal scent that feels more natural • Comfortable & not bulky like heating pads What could be better: • The pack only comes with 10 patches • They can run out quickly if your cramps are strong I’ve also noticed the packaging has changed a few times since I started buying them, but the product itself has still worked well for me. Best for: •People who want portable cramp relief •Anyone who can’t always use a heating pad Overall: These work really well for convenience & comfort during my period. I just wish the pack included more patches for the price.

AMAZING! I was skeptical when buying these, but my periods are so horrible that I’ll try anything! I have endometriosis, PCOS and super heavy, painful periods. I was having a particularly rough day when these arrived in the mail. I slapped one on and within an hour I was able to sleep! I thought perhaps it was a fluke. When the 12 hours was up I removed the patch and soon experienced more cramps. I put another one on and was able to survive the day and get through it with minimal pain! I accidentally left it on for longer than 13 hours—I have sensitive skin and was worried about a reaction, but it was great. They stick great and I really have zero complaints! I’ll scream from the rooftops—-every girl should have these! Will definitely be subscribing to keep these in stock.

I think these are overpriced, they were okay. I do feel like it was a change in the formula and I didn’t find them to be as effective. Pretty easy to put on and often stayed on w/o removing or crinkling. To me, I wear icy hot patches on my neck and shoulder a lot: I don’t really enjoy the smell of these in comparison. I was self conscious about it all day but I did help son, just don’t think it’s worth the significant increase in price.

I've been a long time user of these patches. I have horrible debilitating periods due to my fibroids and I lived on these patches to just get me thru. They stopped production for about 2-3 months and came back with whatever this is. The patch, the formula the adhesive, everything is different. The patch feels thinner n flimsier, the backing film is now cut up n makes it harder to remove it comes off in pieces not great when you're in pain, the adhesive now reacts to my skin n makes that area itchy a week later and I'm never allergic to anything so I don't know what that's about, the smell is horrific it had a menthol smell before like bengay, nothing crazy but now? It's so strong n just horrible and it doesn't seem to work as well. I've purchased several packs since the change in hopes that they were still figuring things out but no. Honestly I'm kind of angry about it because I relied on these so much and to see reviews say the company claims nothings changed? There's no way it's the same. It's sad whatever they did obviously affected some women the same as me n for an item that helped previously to change so much sigh 🤷♀️
