I really like this brand because the patches feel more natural compared to other cramp relief options I’ve tried. The scent reminds me a little of eucalyptus or herbal oils. If I had to compare the feeling, it’s kind of like a gentle version of VapoRub but instead of being cold, it gives more of a warming sensation, which helps soothe cramps. I especially love these for convenience. Sometimes I don’t have time to plug in a heating pad or sit with a heated blanket, especially when I’m busy or leaving the house. These patches are easy to apply & let you stay comfortable while still going about your day. I just wish the pack included more patches for the price.

Wasn’t sure about these. Glad I bought them, they actually helped my cramps and have a nice therapeutic smell. I forgot I had it on. Stays on the whole day too. Definitely recommend trying.

AMAZING! I was skeptical when buying these, but my periods are so horrible that I’ll try anything! I have endometriosis, PCOS and super heavy, painful periods. I was having a particularly rough day when these arrived in the mail. I slapped one on and within an hour I was able to sleep! I thought perhaps it was a fluke. When the 12 hours was up I removed the patch and soon experienced more cramps. I put another one on and was able to survive the day and get through it with minimal pain! I accidentally left it on for longer than 13 hours—I have sensitive skin and was worried about a reaction, but it was great. They stick great and I really have zero complaints! I’ll scream from the rooftops—-every girl should have these! Will definitely be subscribing to keep these in stock.

I’ve reordered these patches probably 8 times - they do work really well for battling first day menstrual cramps. Between August 2024 and January 2025, however, the formula has changed. They used to come in a matte silver pouch, which is now shiny silver. There also only used to be two paper backing pieces and now there are three. The big issue, however, is the smell. Before the patches had a slight, medicinal herb smell. They now have a much stronger smell that, honestly, smells like Pine Sol. Before, I’d have no hesitation wearing a patch at the office. The new formulation is great for WFH days, but I’d probably think twice about wearing one to the office, just due to the smell. To be sure, the patches still work great for pain! I just wish the smell hadn’t changed so much. EDITED: I reached out to Lilas and they were SUPER responsive. They reported that the formula hasn’t changed and requested the lot number to do some additional investigation. They also refunded me for this purchase and indicated they will keep me posted. Small businesses for the win!
