what are the inlet/outlet diameters?

I received mine and one end was 3" inside diameter and the other end was 3" outside diameter. Description doesn't clarify that but was glad it can slip onto/ over my 3" exhaust pipe and my turndown slipped on to the other end.

Could you use this as a resonater in front of a flowmaster supper 40 si/do muffler? and if so how deep would that sound be ... i want a deep rumble

I installed this as a resonator replacement on a 5.0 F150 with a dynomax muffler, There is no drone under 70 MPH. Very nice combination.

Would this sound good as a rear muffler I have a charger rt and want to keep the mid muffler delete as is?

Yes! I have a 2015 RT. I have a mid muffler delete and put these in place of the rear mufflers/resonators. It sounds great, but you should get exhaust tips too.

How much HP will these add to my 13 charger rt max?

HP gain is minimal (typically <20hp), since the headers & pipe diameter are the main source of flow restriction. These mufflers are more about enhancing the “throaty” exhaust note.
