All tools were included, but I did grab a regular tweezer, and an old credit card to separate the screen from the phone. The product was an Exact fit. Was and is a great quality. Follow a video for installation, I’m 61 years old. I did it just fine on my own. Honestly, my eyesight is fine and I have a steady hand. That does help as the internal screws are super tiny. And disconnecting the ribbon and reconnecting is very small steady hand work. But again I’m a 61 year old female, I did it. I am pretty sure I might have dropped a few swears in there too, not terrible ones. Go slow. Watch the video in slow motion on YouTube. And make it happen. You can do it. !! Oh. Don’t forget to use the blow dryer to loosen the glue from the phone to the screen. Helps a lot in taking it apart.

This screen replacement was one I had bought twice before. The second time I bought it, it came from a different company and an error pops up on that screen when in use. This time I prayed it was the same company as the first and it was! Durable front screen, easy to install, great instruction and the tools are provided. I like this seller because they have a screen protector in the packaging. Screen worked just like it was a brand new iPhone. Only issue (and it gets me EVERY TIME!) they always forget to add the step where you have to add the adhesive around the edge of the phone before snapping screen in to place in the instructions.

Other than the fact the the touchscreen goes haywire all by itself, scrolling around, clicking random things, screen just goes black out of nowhere, guaranteed to have one of these an issue with touch screen every single time you pick the phone up then to get the screen back to normal you have to lock the phone then unlock it multiple times before the touch screen works. It’s been getting worse and worse I installed it about 2-3 weeks ago. First it happened once a day and progressively got worse as time went on, now it’s At the point where it’s froze 6 times since I started writing this review. Now 7 times I had to lock and unlock my phone just to get the screen to work. Now what am I supposed to do? Take the screen off, return it, have no phone until the new one comes in, and even if I do that there’s no guarantee the next one won’t be messed up too. This is ridiculous, people shouldn’t be allowed to sell products like, for all we know this person is buying shipments of defective screens that are sold for people to refurbish and selling it. There should be some type of quality control from Amazon because it’s not just a matter of returning it and getting another one. It costs money to have installed and you have to pay twice if the first one is defective or not have a functioning phone until a new one arrives. Amazon should reimburse customers for this crap and charge the seller

Cracked my screen by accident while running and didn't want to spend $200 at Apple or $140 at a store or mall kiosk, so I tried to do it myself. The kit, mine was the iphone 11, came with all that I needed plus a pretty nice screen protector. I followed iFixit's tutorial on YouTube and managed to successfully repair my screen. FaceID even works, too. My only complaint is that the suction cup is a bit too small and doesn't grip the screen very well to pull the screen, but by using the residual heat from a pan off the stove I was able to soften the adhesive and get under the screen. Now there is a very important thing to mention with doing this repair yourself. The task is VERY delicate and requires the tiniest screws you can imagine. Seriously, idk how the people/machines, which ever it is, in the factory can install these all day. The task also requires you to handle super delicate wires and plugs that are easy to install wrong if you're not paying attention to how well they're seated. I've seen some people leave bad reviews on their screen not working or bugging out, and while I can't and won't be able to say whether they did something wrong or if the screen they received was faulty, not seating all the wires correctly, or accidentally damaging them will have this effect. As for some people's FaceID not working, I'm not sure what could have happened since that module is not attached to the screen. All in all, take extreme care with how you install the screen and parts or else you may end up damaging your phone and/or new screen. That being said, this is a good option if you want to take on the challenged of fixing your cracked screen, plus the screen protector is nice.

The screen replacement itself was okay and the display worked, but unfortunately the Face ID never worked after installation. This was disappointing because Face ID is an important feature on the iPhone. Make sure to check compatibility and Face ID functionality before purchasing.”

I was very doubtful I could do this on my own at first. Installation video pretty much was very helpful. For a first timer it was not difficult at all. PATIENCE my friends' goes a long way. Removal of the screen was a little tuff, suction pliers works better than one suction cup that's in the kit. So i used a small razor blade to begin and went from there. Careful, camera part area needs heat to be removed. I used a heat gun and it worked perfect. Seal area needs to be clean. i checked all my connections and I turned it on before installing. Ordered extra screen for another phone. Good luck
