I do like these as they allow me to rest my back against the infrared panels without feeling scorched. I knock off a star as they are very pricey for what they are. They also don't stay attached and can easily fall forward down on the bench/floor.. There is also nothing that holds the buttom in a position away from the wall. You can pull the bottom part away from the wall and put a piece of wood behind it to hold it into position. I also feel they spa should have come with these for what the spa cost.

Great product to help you rest your head without setting it on the heater. Easily adjusts to where you need it on the panel and I use it in conjunction with the back supports for the sauna too. Perfect combo.

We use these neck supports for our JNH Joyous 2 Person Infrared Sauna. They fit perfectly and are super comfortable. Glad we purchased and I highly recommend for comfort and relaxation while using sauna.

It looks good and is constructed well but is neither adjustable or comfortable or very functional. For an avid Sauna user this was a waste of effort and money.

I like the fact that it stops you from burning yourself. It helps with my neck pain

I am short and have to keep rotating to be comfortable. Should have bought a shorter model. Good quality.

This is a great assessory for the sauna. You can lay back and feel the heat penetrate into your neck area with out touching the heater itself.

They serve their purpose but could use something in bottom edges to keep it in place better
