Great car, assembly takes a minute (like more than expected)
Fabulous little car, but can I suggest not waiting til midnight Christmas Eve to assemble? (Or even read the instructions). I’m pretty sure the neighborhood did not appreciate hammering outside at o-dark-thirty, and it was super cold. Strongly suggest reading the instructions before deciding how much time to give to assembly. All that being said, the finished product is a definite favorite and the big smiles and squeals was SO worth it

Kids LOVE it
It can be a bit difficult to put together but it is so worth it. My children LOVE it. The front part is bit difficult to steer but my kids don't care and honestly.... the thought of having to take it apart to refund... idk if I even can. My oldest loves pushing my youngest inside of the car. Great car for 1yr old till, surprisingly, even 5yrs old.

Smiles all around! (Some assembly required)
I figured my nephew would like this toy too, after having a similar one as a kid. He got a electric atv for his 1 year birthday a couple months ago but I think he's not ready for the big boy toys just yet. The Cozy Coupe will be a great intermediate for the little guy until he's got the hand-eye coordination thing down to play on the electric atv. Let me just start out by saying this toy took a lot more assembly than I thought it would! I had to bust out a screwdriver and even a hammer (both required). The hammer was for hammering down the wheels so try not to work around your little one if you want it to be a surprise. I learned that the hard way and the nephew came to see what was up, saw the new toy and thought I was breaking it :( Don't be afraid to really hammer in those wheel end-caps because I feel if they come loose, goodbye wheel, hello hospital. Also, be very very sure to follow the instructions. ESPECIALLY following in order the assembly of the yellow canopy pieces. I also learned this the hard way and attached the yellow posts in the wrong order. If you don't you'll have a extremely hard time inserting any of the other yellow posts. Some of the pieces require inserting them in a certain way and then twisting them to get it locked in place. If you do some things out of order, you may end up not being able to pull the piece back out without some serious muscle. In the end, we ended up with a pretty good toy. My nephew loved the Cozy Coupe's face, especially its eyes. He's learning to get in and out of the toy by himself but its hilarious to see him climbing out the passenger side window, where there is no door. I'm just concerned that the toy may tip over if he gets big enough. I don't necessarily want to test this out but it's a concern of mine. The actual door is nice in that you can have it have it latched shut or permanently closed with a screw. The floorboard is nice too when your kid wants to be lazy and let you do all the pushing work! All in all, great toy, great value. This should last years after and bring your child endless entertainment.

Classic Ride-on with lots of Added Features!
As far as ride-ons go, this is the best I've come across! I had a Cozy Coupe in the '80s and was eager checkout how the Cozy Coupe has changed over the decades. I was pleased to find that while going to assemble the Cozy Coupe, Little Tikes provides an online, step-by-step video instruction guide which allowed me to assemble it without any missteps. Aside from the fact that the Cozy Coupe by all outward appearances is adorable, it also has a lot of great functional aspects too. During assembly you can choose to assemble the door in a way that keeps it locked at all times, allows the door to go from locked to unlocked, or have the door always unlocked. The horn actually makes a little beeping noise and there's an ignition with a key that can be turned to make a clack, clack, clack noise. The key can also be "removed" and reinserted, but is always tethered to the ignition itself. And the gas cap opens up, which I think is always a bonus to little ones as they seems thrilled by the notion of repeatedly opening and closing something. The handle in the top of the roof has been my favorite feature of the Cozy Coupe as it allows me to push my son around easily and have pretty good control of it. The floorboard is removable which is always a bonus as it can grow with the child and I imagine my little one will enjoy the Cozy Coupe just as much, if not more so, when he is able to propel himself along. Oh, and how could I forget the cup holders? It's a perfect spot to house sippy cups and a bottle of water for yourself. It's an unnecessary feature, but nonetheless something both my little one and I use when taking the Cozy Coupe out for a spin! The quality of the Cozy Coupe seems great. The body itself is quite sturdy and so is the roof and interior features. The wheels seems pretty solid and in general the Cozy Coupe does not look or appear to be flimsy and I have faith it will hold up for quite some time. While this was purchased in the winter we still make sure to sneak in some Cozy Coupe time on days that permit. I imagine come spring we will be cruising all over the place in the Cozy Coupe! This is really a great, functional rideon that offers a lot of great features at a very reasonable price!

Love it
My cousin absolutely loves this little car. Not heavy. Easy to push. Also has a bottom panel you can take out so the child can walk around in it vs. having a parent push it. I will say it was slightly difficult to put together, just because of the amount of force needed to attached certain pieces. Overall great buy

A perfect toy for the summer. My son is one and he loves to be pushed in this car. In fact all the neighbor kids do, even those who are far to big to use it. It’s super durable, easy to clean. The only negatives are that the steering wheel actually doesn’t steer the car and that it makes kind of a lot of noise on paved ground. Otherwise super!
