There is no cloud service, the camera records to a Micro SD that you buy and insert when fitting. To watch the live feed or any recordings you will need to set the Ctronics application up on both phones, you will need both devices on the same local network to set them up also.

Remote access? Can the camera be accessed from anywhere or only when on same WiFi network?

It can be accessed from anywhere... not only when on the same network... I use my mobile data to access it from anywhere I am... and not just only the wifi with which it was set up with.
