Nice sturdy,great price for product. Easy to assemble.

So far this bench has been really durable! I use it mainly for bench press, kneel on it for bent rows, and also have used it for Bulgarian split squats. It has always felt really stable and strong and doesn't tip during my split squats. This bench is really light and easy to move around too. This bench doesn't fold up or incline which was written in the description but thought I'd include that information in my review. If doing a hip thrust where you lean your back against the bench is something you want to do I'd suggest placing this bench against a wall where it can't slide backwards. Since I haven't tried that exercise I can't say if this bench is good for that or not exactly. I host group workouts in my garage 2x a week and this bench has gotten a ton of use over the past 2.5 months and has not worn out or broke or felt unsafe in any capacity.

Perfect for a starter bench for at home workouts. Easy to build, except one of the holes wasn’t hollowed out completely enough to fit the screw in so it was super wobbly. Had to really shove it in and took me a while, but after it was sturdy and has done its job.

This is a great product for the money and for what I will be using it for; mainly sitting for dumbell curls and skull crushers. I won't be using it for bench pressing as I have a home gym. Assembly took about 20 minutes, and that was taking my time to really tighten everything. Get a "fat" Phillips screwdriver and an Allen wrench drill bit. I am 5'9" and 190 lbs. This is the perfect sitting height for me for curls and forearm curls over my knee. I don't know why others said this wasn't sturdy, maybe their bottom assembly was different than mine, and/or they didn't tighten the bolts properly? It feels quite rigid to me. Either way, I am very satisfied with this affordable and sturdy little bench.

Budget friendly and gets the job done. The stability is questionable at times but it has never given on a 400lb bench… at least yet. Affordable at least.

Despues de investigar todos los bancos estaba x decidir un multiposiciones pero leí reseñas donde mencionaban que esta incomodo para gente alta y otros mencionaban que al 3 er uso se fisuraba, por eso decidí comprar este banco pues aunque no es multiposicion se ve de mejor estructura y grosor, el precio me parece justo. A mí el banco me encantó, tiene un material bueno, se ve de calidad, el embalaje es muy practico pues viene en 3 piezas por armar muy fácilmente y trae consigo ya una llave junto con sus tornillos. Mí hermano en 15 mins ya lo había armado, él me menciona qué quizá sin exceder peso es lo ideal pues es de una pieza como eje central que da el soporte. Ahora bien, yo soy novata y no llego a cargar ni 50 kgs, para alguien que carga poco o moderado peso creo es ideal, a mí me es perfecto y me gusta. Recomendación total.

Nothing fancy and well built. I didn't want to pay for racing stripes on my sweaty bench. Now I can buy something else because this is very good value and I have leftover money
