I saw this advertisement and said I would give it a shot. And I'm so glad I did. This stuff is awesome it cleaned and restored my floor back to New. It removed all the dirt and stains from the grout between my porcelain tiles. I am super happy now I don't have to lay new grout down to mask the discoloration and build up dirt of the old grout. What I wish I had thought of before starting this, was to put the grout clearner liquid in a spray bottle because a lot of the liquid was wasted using the actual squeeze bottle it was manufactured in.. Worth the money and the smell is minimal compared to other household cleaning solutions. All you do is apply solution, Scrub the tile grout, Mop area with hot water, then clean floor with whatever cleaning product you use. I used mistolin. And my floor looks like new.... super happy with results.

Better than expected!! I bought it again!!

Brst product I have used on my tile floors. Easy to use. Gets the grout white and clran again :) It doesn’t smell too bad, the leakproof squeeze bottle allows me to put the product right on the grout. I let it rest a few mins then brush with the brush that comes with it( brush doesn’t include handle, but fit perfectly on my paint roller extension handle) Before & after closeup pics attached.
