Will this fuse work on an rv high pointe 20a 125v microwave?

Most microwave fuses are the same so these should work.

What do you mean "slow-blow compatible"? Are they slow blow or are they fast-acting?

Slow-blow is that fuse permits loading current over its rated-current for a very short time, but no long time. such as one 10a fuse of slow blow permit 12a current on a instant time, and not burnt to broken circuit and cut off circuit, but after a long time such as serveral seconds later it still will burnt. yet the fast-acting fuse is that current reach 10a, it will fast to burnt and cut off circuit, fast-acting is not permit overload. some appliance especially some inductive load such as motor and others needs to over-current for a short time. so some fuse of slow-blow fuses are replaced with fast-acting fuses, it will appear burnt and after replacement offen. these are slow-blow type.
