Poor quality control and not returnable.
However, this product is poorly made. The hinges are terrible and don’t hold the lid properly. You can see the plywood edge through the stain. I spent lots of time refitting hinges and adding some ribbon to the edge so that it looked nice. The saying on the top is very cute. Be aware that this company does not accept returns.

Don’t bother
Love the quote but very disappointed with quality of the box . Hinges were not straight, tried to fix it but it doesn’t correct. No return policy so stuck with it, not good enough to give to very special friend.

Dollar Store quality
I really like the sentiment expressed. However, the box itself is very flimsy, very much like a $2 item at any dollar store. Wish I would have just purchased one there, and wrote my own thoughts on the lid. Could have saved $15. As it is, I'm embarrassed to gift this to my dear friend.

CHEAP
This product arrived at my house, semi-broken. The lid was screwed on wrong to the point where it was hanging off the side. I do not recommend you buy this product. Cheap dollarstore quality.

Pure garbage.
I am not happy at all. This box is such junk. Doesn’t close properly and is all crooked. Come on, this is not at all made properly.😡🤬
