Great knife
This is one of my favorite pocket knives. Great weight, sharp blade, and easy to use flip open feature! Its the perfect size for a good work knife. The handle fits perfectly in my hand and gives me a solid secure grip. I love this knife. I would recommend this knife because of the quality and price point are awesome! I was skeptical to buy it, since I've never purchased fom this brand before. They now have a new satisfied customer. I now want to purchase some of their other knives, because I like this one so much.

Super high quality for its price range
One of the best knives I brought lately I’ve been getting really really into knives and it’s so smooth and super comfortable in the hand it came the perfect size for my hands no diddy, this is like a perfect fit , it came hair shaving sharp as well. Love it. Ease of use the color is good the feel of opening and closing is so smooth , fit perfectly in my pocket and the carry clip is ambidextrous, really high quality especially for the price worth every dollar.

One of their best.
Really one of Civivi’s gems. The Praxis is the first knife that I got from Civivi, and it has lived up to all the praise. The micarta fells excellent in hand. Nice and lightweight for its size 4.1oz. It comes out of the box extremely sharp with that thin blade profile. The 9cr18mov is a very good steel choice for the price. Extremely corrosive, tough, and good edge retention. The drop point blade makes it so you changer in and make good cuts with the long belly. Great knife overall.

Seems great, but what's with the blade coating?
Knife scores high for feel in hand, flipper opening, blade shape, received sharpness. My problem: This is advertised as having a stonewashed black finish. But, there seems to be some sort of coating on it. I noticed it when slicing a piece of cheddar: There was black crud on the slice. Scrubbing the knife with a soft kitchen scrubber/sponge dulled the finish, but didn't seem to eliminate the problem. I did a test cut the next day... crud still coming off. So, not recommended for food until it's had enough use to get off whatever final treatment they put on the blade.

Smooth action, sharp blade, good looking knife
Very well made knife, well machined, very smooth action, came extremely sharp. Great security when blade locks and really nice to carry with the deep clip.

Gorgeous, exceptional blade! Superb knife if you like a full-size folder.
My tan version arrived on 11 June, 2022. First of all, I have to clear up the fact that the "Tan" color Praxis is actually a medium/darkish khaki/taupe (see my photos for accurate color). The recently-updated (30 June, 2022 or thereabouts) Amazon photos for the Tan Praxis are closer to actual color than Amazon's previous super-light-color "Tan" photos, but the actual color is still darker than Amazon's photos. The Tan is still a nice color and I'm keeping the knife, but pretty common-looking in color. Not ultra-classy like the ivory I was expecting. Other than that, I love this knife. I currently own 3 Praxises in different color combos, have given a black handle/satin blade version to a friend, and have bought and returned the version with the carbon fiber & gold shred scales (arrived 15 August, 2022) because those particular scales ironically are actually super-plasticky and look cheap and cheesy, as opposed to how cool they look in Civivi photos. Don't buy Civivi carbon fiber or shiny plastic scale knives. They disappoint everytime. Anyhoo, the Praxis lives up to the typical Civivi expectations of tight tolerances, very smooth action, great deployment, nice materials, and great fit and finish. While the lockup is solid, the lockbar on this copy isn't quite touching the midpoint of the blade, though it really should be. Aside from all the typical praise due Civivi, what, to me, makes the Praxis truly shine is the blade. The grinds are perfect, and I do mean perfect literally, not hyperbolically! Regardless of price. Perfect symmetry, beautiful "satin" grind texture, and otherwise simply flawless. It is just stunning to look at, as well as a very functional shape. The thumb ramp and choil function nicely without being intrusive. *Edge* (cutting edge/secondary bevel) grind is about 2000-grit finished and it is the sharpest I've ever seen in a knife. Tied for sharpness with my Fallkniven F1x Elmax. And if you don't know, it's actually kind of too sharp and a bit scary. (Side note: Fallkniven includes 5 bandages with "Fallkniven" printed on their wrappers. I don't know if that's Fallkniven making a clever joke, or actually intended for use. Because if you do your normal finger-on-the-edge sharpness test with that knife, you truly may need a bandage.) If you like the look of this knife, and the stats meet your needs, get it. Worth at least double the current price. *NOTE*: The knife is not lubed, so you will really want to lube your bearings/pivot and detent before use. I got a good feeling about this knife...
Awesome, sturdy construction, sharp blade, and super useful for small, every day tasks. It has a good grip, the clip easily slides over the outside of my pocket. It's heavy for it's size, which is a testament to it's construction quality. Mind you, I've just purchased this and have only had it for a few days. I will definitely report back again at a later date if it falls apart within the next year, or if it holds up like a champ over several years. At just over 40 bucks, it would be an excellent value if I kept this for a couple of years of EDC use, and then retired it as like a part of a tackle box or something like that, and got many more use out of it. I don't suspect it will be "BIFL", but I do expect to get at least a year of EDC use out of it given it's reputation.

Excellent flipper. Sharp out of the box. Perfect centered blade. I like that blade is virgin. There is no marking on it. Only thing scales are little thin and I got a large fist so handle came little smaller then I expected

Me gusta la forma y tamaño, después de usarla sostenida al bolsillo por su clip durante un mes el clip se aflojó,esto te obliga a buscar opciones y para lo que e escuchado de la marca es un gasto obligado.

Overall a good budget option for edc, would recommend

Don’t buy it as the product is already toxic for cutting food (lots of carbon powder coated). Blade is very poor from factory (I doubt it’s original). You can’t play in safe mode as the blade is bouncing back (you need to be very careful). The lock mechanism is very narrow (your finger will be hurt ).
