This machine is well designed working fine and accurate on the count of the billsMake my office time more easyI decided to buy it because the reviews said it last longer and I can see the machine is well done with a little bit of maintenance you can use it for years

Bit of a learning curve from our prior machine. Works well when used properly, lol.

I grabbed two of these in January 2022 for a really heavy cash business. It's being run for at least an hour a day of bills being taken in from the public. All we have done is wipe it and use a high pressure air spray through it to clean the gunk/dust out once a week since purchase. However in one week it gets filthy. It has now been a little over 3 years since purchase and being run as described. I am just now starting to have issues with one machine missing a bill or two while counting every day or two. I am back here to buy another one because honestly the value this provides for the cost is substantial.

Works great. Counts all different bills, make counting a lot easier.

It is a pretty easy machine once you are used to how it works. So far, the count has been accurate with both sorted and unsorted bills. Initially, there were a few times when the bills would get jam and I had to open the back to remove the bills. I have not had to use tech support, yet. When things get jammed, I just reset, straighten out the jammed bills, and feed them through again. That seems to work fine. I have been able to clear the jam and continue the count, a few times.There are quite a number of features. Besides having the total bill count and amount, I love the detail of the number of bills for each denomination.Overall, I think it is an above-average product and expect it to be so for the price. Accuracy-wise, it is top. Ease of use is above average.

I have been using this money counter for several months now.On a daily basis.Morning noon and night.It is very very easy and user-friendly.It takes a couple of tries to get the hang of it and then you got the system down pat.If it beeps or stops counting - it usually means you have a folded bill or a bill with some kind of writing on it - NOT OFTEN .We run up to seven or eight banks a day cash for employees - I took off all the paper clips from all the stacked bills from the employees bank drop - run all the cash through this machine two times on the mixed bill feature - that gives me their total cash in seconds . Later I put it on the single denomination bill feature and sort it in my preferred bundle size . 20 bundle for 5s .25 bundle for 1s .Whatever your preference of bundle .Oh - and I put like 500 bills in the stacker and it takes it without any problem .

I have 2 of these and both jam frequently and give false readings for counterfeit bills even more frequently!
