they didn’t even pay attention when making it.
they didn’t print the name correctly and it’s curving upwards. the last letter is higher than the middle and the middle is higher than the first. they also missed a part of the text I had requested.additionally the gold does not match. the gold on the pen is rose and the gold on the book is yellow and it seems like they didn’t put the effort to ensure it was done correctly. apparently they don’t refund? the corners of the box are bent (not the delivery box, the gift box the book is in. seriously frustrating. buy this elsewhere.
