Rather than these, their maternity pads are really good which are more absorbent and can be used for heavy flows.

Less than a star, not reliable
They bunch up and don’t stay in place, so they are not reliable and aren’t leak-proof, not enough glue on the sides. If you don’t have enough money for the glue, stick it on the edge all over not in the middle!
