I discovered this sun shield aka visor hat cap when I was seeking sun protection for my entire face once I had surgery. Since I’m outside quite often, sunblock that often mixes with sweat burnIng my eyes and wearing off over time wasn’t going to cut it. I saw this product and thought, hey why not? Never could I have anticipated it would be THIS INCREDIBLE and one of the best items I have ever purchased!!! Even after healing, I now wear it every time I’m in the sun whether its for a gathering, laying out for some color, gardening or even mowing the lawn. It’s essentially one large sunglass for your entire face without the hassle of sunglasses sliding around constantly. And...The BEST part about this sun shield visor cap hat is (something I was not expecting) how it keeps your whole face and ultimately your entire body temperature COOLER because your face is no longer roasting in the sun! FANTASTIC! An entire tinted lense with the visibility of traditional sunglasses, offers adjustable mechanisms for locking in place, a comfy adjustable velcro band and a black frosted smudge guard at the tip of the shield to ward off fingerprints. SUPER easy to clean and never scratched even after weeks of serious yard work/gardening. I’ve received sooo many compliments from strangers out and about during this pandemic that I’ve shared the product link countless times . Even though I am petite, whenever my family members tried it on, the lense part remained long and wide enough to block a cough or sneeze like face armor. During these trying times of mask requirements, it looks very trendy without looking or feeling bulky and ridiculous. Super lightweight, practical and highly functional. Seems very durable and is quality built. It works like any visor or I can pull it down over my face. I can see much clearer than with sunglasses and my nose and cheeks don’t get sweaty. I have never been concerned about sun exposure, but have recently needed photodynamic therapy for pre cancer cells on my face (I am at that magic age), and need to get my act together. This visor blocks the harmful rays so I can still be outside without worry. Just don’t forget to apply sunscreen to your ears! Some people are concerned about why they look like but I feel more confident knowing I am blocking harmful rays to prevent wrinkles and cancer.

Perfect for sunbathing without exposing your face to direct sunlight. Highly recommended, and I’m getting another for my husband too!
