Yes, there is a small storage space for one needle in the pump handle.

No it does not work on bicycle, it perfectly works for basket/foot ball

Where is the gauge? I can't see it in the picture

You can see the gauge in the picture. It looks like a tire guage. The skinny silver thing to the left of the pump. Just screw the needed in and push it into the ball and a reading pops out the other end just like a tire gauge.
