Really good sub frequencies, the cable is not as good as others, but definitely great headphones for the rythm section.

SOOOOO glad that I bought the warranty and thank GOODNESS it’s so cheap to buy one. Ordered these and when I got them in, one of the ears wasn’t working at all. Luckily they were still within the return policy so I just exchanged them for a new pair! For only $50 I can’t complain! They sound great and I haven’t had a SINGLE problem with the new ones!

OK, here's the deal: I own several pair of "better" earbuds, and if I were sitting around at home in my easy chair listening to tunes, I'd use one of those and not the Fender DXA1. However, when standing up on stage performing for 3 hours, with a foreign object in my ear for more than 3 hours, these "cheap" Fenders are just more comfortable. So yes, this "cheap" fender loses some of the highs and lows... these guys sound just "OK" compared to some of my better IEM's; not fabulous but I can still hear myself; but IMHO it's a reasonable price to pay for the comfort of these very LIGHT in ear monitors. So, get expensive multi-element IEM's if you want to sit around listening to music; but get these if you're actually going to be on stage. (or even better, have an audiologist custom make IEMS specifically for your ears; but that would be another review)

the sound quality in the headphones is good.the quality of the headphones themselves is very poor. I did not expect from such a brand that on the third day in the left channel there will be no sound. interchanged the connectors, did not help. awful product quality.

Bought them 3 months ago. Left earbud stopped working even though I always store them in the box ans took extremely care. Wouldn't recommend them although they sound really good

Great entry level in ear monitor. No real issue with the drivers. The cords don’t last long if you're active on stage. Lots of players comment on the fidelity of the sound. My opinion is that you’re supposed to be playing your instrument, not listening to the tonal quality of your in ears. Bottom line you can hear yourself just fine and they are comfortable. These lasted longer than an expensive pair of westones. I would recommend these. The price point is decent.

Get these sitting comfortably in and around the ears, and there is a very satisfactory sound with a deep bass that I normally only associated with over ear headphones !!The Fender DXA1 packaging is fantastic and would not look out of place at a high end retail store. It's very impressive. See pictures attached. The bar has been set quite high. The question is .... can these deliver a high quality sound ?Revealing all the contents, you have :- Fender branded earphones sitting on a stand- 4 pairs of earbuds- Fender branded storage case- Cleaning tool- InstructionsEach earpiece is grey but see through and angled such that it sits deep in the earlobe. The twisted cable is detachable from each earpiece. Total cable length 130cm. The cable is actually 3 very thin cables twisted together, but frustratingly, they still do have a tendency to tangle.Next - no need to change earbuds, surprisingly the mid sized ones fit perfectly - jack in, music playing. Finger over the earbuds to determine whether sound leaks. No leakage.Earphones in, and to start listening to music. These are very impressive. The full spectrum is immediately noticeable and, maybe because of the 8.5mm titanium driver or that they sit deep in the earlobe, but the bass is very deep. In fact, it's a depth that I normally only associate with bigger over ear headphones, not in ear earphones. Well done Fender.Thoroughly enjoyable music experience plus they stay in very well and cut out outside noise. Even post hours of use, they remain comfortable. They never feel as though gravity is pulling them down (not that these are particularly heavy. In fact they are really light and weight only 14g).I really do like these earphones and I answer to my original question - yes, they very much deliver higher end sound. Musically, they are very well balanced and satisfying and adept at handling all types of music - from bass hungry to softer vocal focused acapella. Each prove a joy, with bass deep and vocals rich.I've touched on my only gripe about the cable's tendency to tangle and whilst it doesn't impact on my enjoyment, a thicker cable would have looked much more impressive and definitely would have given these earphones a greater overall feel of premium quality.That said, I think Fender may very well be on a winner here. Fender is not a name that I have previously associated with earphones (guitars - absolutely yes), but I think that is about to change.These are now my preferred every day use earphones.

普段からカナルタイプ (シリコンチップ密閉型) とインナーイヤータイプ (パッド開放型) それぞれの特性や長所・短所を考慮し状況によって使い分けていますが、スマートフォンの普及に伴って音漏れ対策に有効なカナルタイプのイヤフォンがもの凄い勢いでメーカーと製品数を増やし、ブランドや価格だけで判断することがとても難しくなっています。音質に対する個人の好みや傾向を差し引いても、製品価格と音質に決して比例関係はありませんので、選択が難しいのが現実です。これまで、カナルタイプに対しては「低音が必要以上にこもる」「高音は透明感が失われる」「音の分離度が低い」という印象を持つことが殆どでした。低価格帯の普及品であればあるほど、なおさら従来のインナーイヤータイプの方が低音から高音まで再現性に優れていると思っていたのですが、１万円を超えるという比較的高価な本製品には良い意味で裏切られました。栓をされた耳の中で低音や高音がが混じり合う不快な残響感が生じません。非常に澄み切った音を響かせます。音楽制作でのモニター用には様々な音の要素をそれぞれ掴む必要があるためこうしたクセのないイヤホンが適していると思います。リミックス作業でオーバーダビングを行なった際に、これまで使っていたモニーターイヤフォンでは気づかなかった編集ミスなどもすぐに分かるような繊細なレスポンスが特徴だと感じました。既成の音楽（ダウンロードやストリーミング、CDなど）を聴くだけなら自分好みのジャンルにあったそのサウンドに適したイヤフォンをあらかじめ選択すれば良いので、ダイナミックなサウンドを求めるユーザーにとっては、比較的フラットな特性を持ちディティールを描写することに優れた本製品は何かしら物足りなく感じるかもしれません。プロ・アマを問わず自分でなんらかの音楽を制作する方以外は、正直なところ本製品を使う必要は全くないというのが実感です。この設計意図を理解せず、同条件で聴き比べて音の良し悪しを比べるのは論外ですし、プロ仕様＝高音質という勝手な思い込みを持つユーザーが、「安物の方がずっとまし」「期待外れでがっかり」と嘆くコメントを残しているとおり「木に縁りて魚を求む」購買層がいかに多いかを表しています。価格に見合う価値があるのか確かめようと、取り憑かれたようにあれこれ購入して身銭を失う必要もありません。メーカーや販売店も本製品の特性を周知させない限りこの不幸なミスマッチは解消されないでしょう。シリコン製のイヤーチップに異なる形状が２種類用意されているのは画期的です（３組+１組の合計4組）。手元のサンプルには取扱説明書もなく、メーカーHPにも何の表記も取説ダウンロードもないので、勝手に自分でAタイプ、Bタイプとして説明します。Aタイプ：半球型　従来のチップに近くS/M/Lの３種類のサイズが用意されています。Bタイプ：お椀型　これまでとは異なる形状で「御茶碗」をひっくり返したような「糸底」のような形をしています。Mサイズくらいの大きでサイズは１種類のみ。先端が絞られていて本体を留める位置がAタイプと異なるので、鼓膜までの距離が変わり耳孔に微妙に深く入るようになっているように思えます。Bタイプの形状はAmazonの製品画像で確認できます。実はこうしたカナル式に関してはイヤーチップの選択が極めて重要で、チップを付け替えるだけで音質がガラリと変わってしまいます。これまで使ってきたカナル式のチップで自分にフィットするのはMサイズだったので、最初はBタイプを選択したのですが音がこもって閉塞感があり不快で自分には合わないと判断し、AタイプのMサイズを試しました。まずまずでしたがやはりこれもダメで、AタイプのSサイズに落ち着きました（一番小さいチップ）。自然な音の広がりや美しい高音の抜け、こもらずそれでいて豊かな低音など好みの音質が得られました。合計４つのイヤーチップによって人それぞれの耳孔形状の違いや長さに対応し、おそらくそのうちのどれかが合うと思われるので、自分の耳の孔と向き合いながら求める音に整合するものをあれこれ試すことをお勧めします。自分に合っていると思っているサイズでも先入観を取り払って聴き比べ、最も適したものを選べば最良の組み合わせを見つけることができると思います。ただ設計時の調査対象が欧米人なのかイヤーチップは総じて大きめで、最小サイズですら外径は約11.5mmあり自分にはこれでも大きすぎます。長時間の装着は耳が痛くなってとても無理です。このイヤーチップは成形が悪く、厚みもあるシリコンで弾力性にかけるため、サイズが合っていなければ設計された音質は得られません。Fenderのイヤーチップを他に使うのではなく、むしろ他メーカーのものを本製品に使うことをお勧めします（この最初のレビュー投稿からしばらくして、私は全く関係のないパナソニックの一部のスペアでFenderにピッタリ適合する約10mmの小さなイヤーチップを見つけ、今ではそれを使っています）。アジア人や小柄な方、女性、未成年を考慮すると、実際にはAタイプ、Bタイプ共にもっともっと小さいサイズが必要だと思いますので、ぜひ製品への対応をお願いしたいです。メーカーがそうしたきめ細かな配慮を実践しなければ、どんな製品も絶対に普及しません。L型コネクターの突出部長さは、約11mmと小さく邪魔になりません。全重量14g（片耳1～2g、着脱式ケーブル10g　全て凡その計量）と極めて軽く、耳の上にケーブルをかけるのは SHURE と同じタイプなのでケーブルが衣服に擦れる時のタッチノイズも生じにくく快適です（耳たぶの後ろからケーブルを耳の上を前方へ一回りさせて装着するこの「SHURE 掛け」についてメーカー説明はありません）。ケーブルは脱着交換式ですが市販されておらず、メーカによる修理交換対応が可能です。さらなる上位機種が用意されていて本製品はエントリーモデルということですが、音を正確に再現する非常に良質なモニターだと思いました。 美しい音は美しい音として…　作り間違えた音があればその間違いに気づく…　私にとってはとてもありがたい道具です（ちなみにアップル製の白いイヤフォンはどの周波数帯も誇張しない素晴らしいバランスが特徴で、編集に最適です。iPhoneユーザーではないので、わざわざ複数買い求めて使っています。旧モデルのインナーイヤー型は径が大きく耳珠に収まる人が限られ本来の音を聞けない人が多かったために、誤った悪評に付和雷同する人々が他製品を求めました。ケーブル式のイヤーポッズは最良の音質のためにイヤーチップを必要としない革新的な設計がなされたイヤフォンです。 新旧どちらも、厚化粧を取り払った音を確認するための無くてはならない有効なモニターです）。何も付いていないシンプルなケーブルが気に入っていますが、マイクとリモコン搭載タイプ（黒白青の三色）もあります。 Fender イヤホン 8.5mm チタン製 ダイナミック型 高遮音性 カナル型 ブラック CXA1-BLACK 【国内正規品】 メーカーの Fender では耳孔の中に差し込むカナル型の本製品を「イン・イヤー・モニター」と呼んでいます。インナーイヤー型は耳孔の外に引っ掛ける従来型のタイプで SONY の WALKMAN 以降ですが、それ以前に一般的だったオーバーヘッド型が耳たぶの外で音を出すことに対して、耳たぶの中というニュアンスで「インナーイヤー」型と言われるようになりました。その言葉を創り出した当の SONY が最近ではカナル型に対して使うようになり表記混同が生じてしているので、誤解を招かないような名称にいずれ統一されると良いですね（ちなみにパナソニックは「インサイドフォン」と呼んでいます）。＊メーカー提供のサンプルに対する評価ですので、問題箇所があればその時点で追加報告いたします。＊Vineサンプルのレビューがいくつか投稿された後、複数アカウントを使って製品評価を上げようとする同一人物による不審な一般投稿が見受けられます。 メーカー代理店、Vineサンプルの提供者、販売店、信者... こんな自演工作をしても Fender の評判を下げるだけですね。＊上述の指摘を受けてか、一つを残して複数のレビューが突然削除されました。Amazonレビューのガイドラインでは、以下のような投稿や行為は禁止されています。・複数のアカウントや複数の人と協業して、似た内容を複数回投稿すること。・ご自身（または親戚、親しい友人、仕事関係者や従業員）の商品やサービスについて、投稿すること。＊私のレビューに対して「4人のお客様がこれが役に立ったと考えています」というのは、全てその工作員の行動によるものだと思われます。一つだけ残されていた高評価の工作員レビュー（星4つ）もその後削除されました。 Fender イヤホン 8.5mm チタン製 ダイナミック型 高遮音性 カナル型 ブラック CXA1-BLACK 【国内正規品】

This is a great looking set of earbuds, the earbuds themselves look like a serious piece of hardware with the transparent shell exposing the circuitry inside. The pouch they come in is great soo, rather than a little fabric pouch it's a proper zip case and I suspect that it may end up getting used for storing plectrums or suchlike!The wire to the earphones is detachable, I've never actually seen this in an earbud before and I'm not sure I'll ever need to do it, but it does mean that should the cable ever become damaged, you can replace it.These are very comfy, I tend to use the squishy-type earbuds but these felt perfectly find and I used these for a few years as my main earbuds. Eventually they seemed to stop working but I had used them for a good 3 years and been in all weathers with them so I felt they had served me well.In a nutshell: These delivered really good audio and felt like "proper" earbuds rather than the toy things you often get, they would have made a great gift because of the case and the branding - particularly for anyone into the Fender brand.
