What are the dimensions/size of this monocular

Monocular is approximately 6-1/4" long, 2-1/4" diameter at large end, and 1-7/8" at eyepiece. Hope this helps. I've been very happy with mine.

would it work well in a concert setting inside a building

Yes, it would work just fine.... Get it focused while the lights are still up. Once it gets dark for the performance it's very difficult to bring into focus.

would this scope be good at a indoor or out door gun range

I think it would be for both. Excellent for shorter indoor range. Don't know about use with longer outdoor range, but it has worked well for me. Easy to grip and adjust.
