High Oleic Safflower Oil Bulk, 1 Gallon, NON-GMO, Naturally Processed, High Smoke Point 510°F

I use safflower oil where canola is normally used because: 1) unless it is organic canola is treated with roundup, which I cannot abide, and 2) I use quite a bit of oil and can't really afford organic. This oil is perfect for frying. It has a higher smoke point than canola and imparts no flavor to the food. It works well for sautéing. And it makes a great mayonnaise. Finally, the price is right.

Thisbisnsome good stuff. I use it in the kitchen and on my blackstone. You can't taste it and cooks really well in high heat. Our family enjoys it.

We make our own mayonnaise and safflower oil is the main component. Avo is an outstanding choice for my purposes. It has a neutral flavor, blends well, and is well packages (as in, easy to pour right from the jug). If I need to fry anything (not often), this oil can withstand very high heat without smoking or acquiring a burnt flavor. Just can't beat it!
