I purchased it for our borewell water. Writting the review after using it for more than 3 years. Very nice product and serve the purpose. Value for money. Can be purchased without second thought.

Great product, complete value for money. Installation was done seamless and customer care team have been very responsive. Suggestion to buyers will be please buy a TDS meter to check the mineral content in between. This machine has a feature of controlling the TDS during installation see it how the technician does and you can do it on your own. All you will need to know is "when to". General observation, over few days TDS drops from what was set so some monitoring is required to ensure proper mineral content is maintained all times.

Machine Warranty is for 1 year but for In Line Filters the warranty is only 6 months.. Please don't buy this or any Products from KENT as such warranty terms and conditions are not clearly communicated to consumers.. Refer the Mail sent customer care of Kent RO: Hi Team, As per the reply received from your end, it seems that i have made a mistake that i have not gone through the Warranty Terms & Condition in detail before purchasing your product offered for sale. Also it is implied that, if a customer like me who wants to purchase any KENT Products should go through all the Terms & Conditions in detail all by himself. The specific important Clause in warranty terms & conditions which are influential depending on which Customer makes the decision to buy or not to buy any product are not disclosed upfront by the company. This is just like cheating any person. As informed by you in above reply that Kent RO has 1 year warranty but the 2 Inline Filters has 6 months warranty was never verbally informed to me upfrontly while installation of the Machine by ASA representative in the first place. if this would be informed to me, it would have surely influenced me to return the KENT RO then & there itself. Also I fail to understand that these 2 Inline filters are company fitted parts & parcels of KENT RO Machine & then also the warranty periods for Machine & these filters are different. Such differentiation should be clearly communicated to the customer before he buys the product & not after he experiences the harassment caused due to the same. To Conclude my grievance- I surely want to let you know that, such experience of mine related to using your KENT product has indeed made me unhappy. And for sure I will always give negative feedback to your Product to any of my associates - be it my family relatives or friends who ever asks me for my review about KENT Products & Services.
