Everything came in but the lid doesn't fit my sous vide machine. it says that if i contacted the seller they would send me a free lid but i have no idea how to contact them.

This sous vide tank works great. I previously had a really cheap container and it warped due to the high heat. This container holds heat in really well with the lid. At 165 F, the outside is warm but not hot. The only gripe I have is that I should have bought the 12qt instead because if you plan on cooking a decent sized piece of meat, this container is just not big enough. If you only plan on cooking a couple things, it’s not a bad choice.

High quality design. Fits the Anova as expected. Worth the money. I use this along with a couple other sizes depending on the amount of food I’m cooking.

I have been using a large container and decided it was time to get a smaller one to fit the items to be cooked. This unit is great for a load of chicken wings, two corned beef roasts, and so on. It not only allows the water to heat faster, but takes up less space on the counter and does the job perfectly. If you don't cook large amounts this is the perfect size for your Sous Vide cooking. I highly recommend this 7 quart container.

Great product and customer service. Large size allows at least 4 pork chops to cook at the same time. The stainless steel rack holds the food package securely, and is easily adjustable. Rectangular shape is much better than the round stock pot I was using. As for customer service, the lid arrived with a broken lift tab. I emailed EVERIE sales on Monday and the new lid arrived Friday or Saturday.I would definitely recommend this container. Btw, I have the new ANOVA Precision Cooker with 1000 watts and it fits perfectly.
